Processing
Each order is hand-picked, please allow 3-5 days for processing. During the holiday season, processing times may increase. We will always do our best to get orders out to you as soon as possible.
Should you need your order by a specific date, please contact us at orders@bluefishaquarium.com prior to ordering for rush fees + accommodations.
Shipping
Orders ship either USPS or UPS, tracking included. Most orders will arrive in 2-5 business days after processing. We are not responsible for any delays once the package has left our facility.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If you have questions about delivery or other tracking issues, please contact us at orders@bluefishaquarium.com.

*Some exclusions may apply - Heavy Goods Shipping (10lbs-50lbs): $18.00
- Most Aquarium Lights, Hoods, Screen Lids and Pet Beds 24" or Larger: $15.00
- Aquarium Lights, Hoods, Screen Lids and Pet Beds 48" or Larger: $20.00
We ship to the contiguous US only.Â
Return Policy
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus return shipping costs. Light bulbs must be returned within 7 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund minus return shipping costs. If there is a warranty issue please contact us at orders@bluefishaquarium.com so we can determine how to best proceed with a replacement product, whether through Blue Fish Aquarium or the manufacturer.
Returns will be processed by Blue Fish Aquarium within 48 hours, due to various Shopify payment gateways, the return amount may take up to 10 business days to process.
Disclaimer
We do not ship glass tanks, glass lids or terrariums of any size, aquarium stands, select substrates, frozen or refrigerated foods, dog food, sumps or salt. These products must be picked up from the store. This list is subject to change at any time. *Some exclusions may apply.
Blue Fish Aquarium reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that may include fraudulent activity, unconfirmed credentials or risk of infringement.
